Abstract:

Abstract:

Introduction Aras Free Zone with economic activities in different areas, like other free zones, though rooted in classical and neoclassical theories, and Adam Smith's free trade theory, in particular, plays a decisive role in establishing it, but ignoring the principles governing the structure, Its function and its spatial evolution, is a kind of fall in the same abyss of absoluteism in the form of maximizing the profit and utility of individuals. From the perspective of this study, the root of Functional failure in the free zone is the spatial patterns of its economic activity. One of the major areas of activity in the free zones is the trade and commerce sector, which has considerable scope in the Aras Free Zone. This paper intends to discover the Functional-spatial imperfections and the logic of its formation in the commercial spaces of the Aras Free Zone, in order to provide an appropriate implementation of the objectives for the region. Methodology This study is an exploratory research in nature and catagorised iv fundamental-applied research type. The discovery of the mechanisms and logic governing the social content of the spaces was based on qualitative methods and, in particular, conducting field observations and in-depth and semi-structured interviews with the stakeholders. commercial spaces in this study also included more spaces that were firstly allocated to land levels, secondly, with the exemptions and privileges of the region, and, thirdly, indicative spaces related to the realization of the goals of the Free Zone be. In this study, the content-oriented analysis method was used to analyze the information and interviews conducted. The sampling method used for this method was snowball sampling method and the sample size was determined using theoretical saturation method. 20 experts from free zones and 48 trade and business activists were selected and interviewed. Results and Discussion The investigations showed that Aras Free Zone has allocated vast spaces to small businesses to achieve their transcendental goals; but the performance of these spaces is associated with major failings such as managerial weakness, unhealthy economy, lack of outsourcing and unsustainable economy, and is far from the ideal model based on the goals and foundations of free zones. Generally, the domain of small business in the Free Aras area is important in several ways. First, the lack of production conditions due to the macroeconomic policies of the state and the existence of renting and speculation in this field in order to gain more profit on the one hand and the adoption of early policies and measures in line with the periodic revenues due to the weakness of the management of the Aras Free Zone, on the other hand, The capital has been largely driven into this sector, thus providing the basis for its false growth. Second, according to the claims of the officials and experts of the Aras Free Zone, the business of microeconomy has been thriving for the purpose of developing tourism tourism, with the aim of attracting tourists to the region and the economic prosperity of the region, which is quite a look inwardly and in line with the mainland. There are conflicting goals with the outsourcing of the free zone. Third, the prosperity of other areas of the Free Arar Free Zone relies heavily on the entry of goods and its supply in these commercial spaces, which in some way reproduce the relations of the dependent capitalist economy, such as the intensification of consumerism and the formation of an unhealthy economy. In total, the currency is withdrawn from the country. Conclusion The results of this paper show that the function and spaces of trade and commerce in Aras Free Zone are associated with major failings such as management weakness, unhealthy economy, non-extroversion and unstable economy. The formation of an unhealthy economic environment, such as the sale and purchase of licenses, smuggling of goods and etc in this area, with the subsequent changes in the management and personal effects, as well as the intensification of the bureaucratic system for more revenue, all indicate the use the toolkit of the spaces in this area and instability of the region's economy is due to its spatial functions. From this perspective and with the current process, rather than a free space to leave the country dependent on the economy, it is the opposite of learning and practicing the characteristics of such an economy.

Abstract:

In spite of the great deal of research in assisted reproductive techniques, more than 80% of transferred embryos by IVF/ICSI methods fail to be implanted. The causes for repeated implantation failures (RIF) may be reduced endometrial receptivity or other various uterine pathologies, such as thin endometrium, altered expression of adhesive molecules or immunological factors; whereas genetic abnormalities of male or female individuals, sperm defects, embryonic aneuploidy or zona hardening are other etiologies for implantation failures. Clinically, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries and hydrosalpinx may decrease implantation following embryo transfer due to dual disorders in the quality of embryos or endometrium. In this study, probable causes and methods of evaluation for RIF patients have been reviewed and the suggested methods for their treatment, including myomectomy, endometrial stimulation, immunotherapy, hysteroscopy, preimplantation genetic screening (PGS), assisted hatching, zygote intra-fallopian transfer (ZIFT), co-culture, blastocyst transfer, cytoplasmic transfer, tailoring stimulation proto-cols, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and salpingectomy for hydrosalpinges have been discussed.

Abstract:

Gaining cognition and awareness from the world is one of the procedures of acquiring knowledge from the essentialism viewpoints applying qualitative research. There are considerable numbers of specific do’s and don’ts (regulations) applying qualitative research paradigm to secure appropriate knowledge, awareness and values of cognition. Conducting qualitative research under the stipulation of detection and application of appropriate research method, including grounded theory (GT), with highly valuable findings can provide stable basis for the quantitative research paradigm faze. Ontology, epistemology, methodology and method’s insufficiency or misapplication create invalid and unjustifiable research findings. Insufficiency and inappropriate use of GT as one of the ontological methods grounded this article to acquaint researchers with appropriate application of this method in their research. Inspecting considerable numbers of article in which GT was applied as per literature of this method, along with investigating GT method failures in these article motivated the author to investigate related literature through evolutionary approach and critical hermeneutic analysis detect 10 failures in this theory that none of them has been mentioned in GT literature so far. As the result these 10 issues are: precise identification of experts and subject matter specialists, experts and specialists footing, fitness of the research method and data collection tools, applying experts’ conformity measurement, harmony of coding procedure and GT type, accurate data processing procedure, approaching the usefulness threshold, developing theoretical model, achieving findings generalizability, and finally, producing and/or exploring reliable theory. Editorial appraisal approach of the articles developed applying GT showed that almost all of the coding procedures fit the evolutionary version as; open, axial and selective while all of the authors of the articles index Glaser and Strauss who developed traditional version of GT for coding. Therefore it seems that there is not sufficient awareness of GT application and coding exigencies. Hence, while traditional GT version is referred, coding procedure is not up to date. Therefore, the outcome theories won’t be as reliable as should be where as unfortunately, these articles are being published regardless of their shortcomings.

Abstract:

Standard TCP is the de facto reliable transfer protocol for the Internet. It is designed to establish a reliable connection using only a single network interface. However, standard TCP with single interfacing performs poorly due to intermittent node connectivity. This requires the re-establishment of connections as the IP addresses change. Multi-path TCP (MPTCP) has emerged to utilize multiple network interfaces in order to deliver higher throughput. Resilience to link failures can be better supported in MPTCP as the segments’ communication are maintained via alternative interfaces. In this paper, the resilience of MPTCP to link failures against several challenges is evaluated. Several link failure scenarios are applied to examine all aspects of MPTCP including congestion algorithms, path management, and subflow scheduling. In each scenario, the behavior of MPTCP is studied by observing and analyzing the throughput and delay. The evaluation of the results indicates MPTCP resilience to a low number of failed links. However, as the number of failed links increases, MPTCP can only recover full throughput if the link failure occurs on the server side. In addition, in the presence of link failures, the lowestRTT MPTCP scheduler yields the shortest delivery time while providing the minimum application jitter.

Abstract:

The authors of the article address an urgent problem of communicative interaction in the context of existing discursive differences defined by characteristic intra-cultural methods of coding cultural phenomena. The fact that communicative failures are predetermined, first of all, by the asymmetry of evaluation and perception of cultural phenomena, which the representatives of different cultural and linguistic communities directly find in cross-cultural interaction, is undoubted. The paper provides insight on the potential of including data from the analysis of particular cases of knowledge about language and the surrounding world, which are used to identify a referent in the discourse by a speaker or a listener, when organizing cross-cultural communication within the framework of pedagogical discourse. The analysis of particular communicative failures in the process of cross-cultural natural language interaction allows for the creation and / or correction of tactics of verbal behaviour that can be effectively used in teaching Russian as a foreign language, for example, when studying a speech genre such as “ congratulations” , as well as the communicative topic “ Holidays” .
